Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Select international destinations
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.
Order Processing
Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Because items are made to order, production begins after payment is confirmed.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
We do not process orders on weekends or US public holidays.
Shipping Time
Delivery estimates begin after your order ships.
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Items may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability.

Orders may be fulfilled from US-based and/or international production partners.
If your order contains multiple items, parts of your order may ship separately with multiple tracking numbers.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear due to carrier processing times.
Delays & Issues
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier network delays
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
We appreciate your patience and will help where we can.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is in production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and common drop-off areas.
- Wait 1 additional business day.
- Contact the carrier to investigate.
- Contact us for assistance.
Important: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Zymera Works is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, production may have already started and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
